MWI Privacy Plus offered me a deal through Coolsavings.com for a free credit report with a $1.00 processing fee. I was charged this fee but never recieved the report.Two weeks later I was charged another $13.65 out of my bank account. There was no explaination for this nor was it authorized. As far as I'm concerned these people are common criminals and I wonder if anyone else has had any luck getting a refund.
