When orignally signing up for there free credit report I was charged a $1 processing fee. Which seemed fair. The only draw-back was that every time I would try to receive the password to access my online credit report it would give a response saying that I would be emailed the informatin in 72 hours and my report would be sent to my mailing address also. The 1-800 number that is given to access this companies help center is just a computer that gives you your web-site and membership number to access there products.

After one month I was charged a $99.95 fee for absolutely nothing in return. So a 1 dollar credit report has now turned into a $100.95 pocket of air.
