we called this company thinking it was the official Microsoft support help.  It was not.  They accessed our computer and ruined everything on it.  Then we had to take it to a local professional for repair.  We called and told them we wanted our $339 refunded on our credit card.  We notified the credit card company immediately. Today they called and said we had to log in to get our credit.  Unfortunately, we did.  They then did a bogus Western Union charge to our credit card for almost 3k, hacked our cell phone and home phone lines and changed the settings on our phones so calls were forwarded to them and disabled our voice mail.  We are fearful to turn on the computer until it is wiped clean again and we start installing every program again.  Today we changed every password to every account we have.  Be careful because the people are Indian and we should have been smarter.
