I ordered a p.s.p from mydv on the 8th of December and was assured that it would arrive intime for Xmas. On the 24th of December I had been assured three times that it would still be delivered for Xmas. This company also converted my pounds sterlin to dollars. On the 24th of December I cancelled my order and demanded a full refund, I have sent 2 e mails asking if my refund has been paid, no reply.
On Wednesday the 4th of January my order arrived,as this was my grandsons xmas present I refused it as I had gone out and bought him one on xmas eve. I informed my credit card company who have advised me to wait 2weeks to see if I get my refund. Watch this space
