MyDV US rip off company US Internet

myDV is US company using a UK website & in turn using an Indian call centre. I ordered a Sony PSP on 2nd Dec. 2005. I had confirmation back with an invoice stating the cost as being 169.95. On the 6th Dec. my account was debited 173.54!! This was a Christmas present for my son which has never arrived despite several emails and phone calls to their call centre. The call centre no longer exists, number un-uptainable! myDV promised delivery by 2pm on 23rd Dec. by DHL, which obviously didn't happen. I have repeatedly emailed the company requesting delivery details & lastly on 16th Jan. 2006 requested a refund .. again, no response. I have now been to my bank who has taken on the task of getting a refund. Biggest rip-off ever and a company that should not be allowed space on a UK website if they cannot deliver in the UK. I have now purchased a Sony PSP from Woolworths for my son, better late than never! A far better deal, with many attachments & a memory card of 1MG, & for a total cost of 214.99. Beware of using myDV.
