MYDV Ripoff London England Internet

Placed an order on the 1st Dec 2005 for a Sony PSP which we believed to be a bargain. 169.96 for the value pack. Great. Thought this would be plenty of time for Christmas. How wrong we were !

Stated to contact MYDV 2 weeks before christmas to enquire that order was well received and product was on way. Couldn't get through on phone number given, message box was always full. Contacted 3 operators via on-line chat facility and was told 3 different arrival times. Always product was in warehouse awaiting shipment.
Last chat was on 24th Dec 2005 1100hrs local UK time. Was assured that product has been shipped on would be delivered by 1400hrs that day. As PSP was Christmas pressie had to go out and buy one from local store.

I'ts now the 22nd Of January 2006 and still no PSP. Money has been taken from credit card so will now contact them to get the money back. Wish me luck !!
