Used the service once with the FREE 30 day trial. They charged my card for an entire year, then did it again 1 year later with no notification. I immediately called to cancel and they refuse to refund me. Their website states CONTRACT, CANCEL ANYTIME. NO SURPRISES! Really!?!? Huge suprise to know I have just spent $260 to send 1 fax.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MY FAX whaterver you do!
