MyPerfectCredit ripoff fraud, they fraudulent charges keep on coming! Carson City Nevada

Okay.

I first received charges on my credit card on 15 Feb. Two charges of $9.95 each. I have never done business with myperfectcredit. I called the company to complain and demand a refund for $18.90.

They were nice. Said they would cancel my account and issue a refund.

Didn't happend.

Recieved two more charges of $9.95 each on my crdit card on 29 March. Contacted the comapny again. Again I they said they would cancel my account (which I never asked for to begin with) and issue me a refund. (Now for $37.80) Also contacted my credit card company to report the activity. They said if the refund didn't show in two weeks to contact them again.

Guess what?

Two more charges of $9.95 show up on my crdit card for 4 May. (I checked my statment onling.) Only they are now billing my card as MPC Services from Navada. Was as MyPerfectCredit out of California. This time pushing my credit card over it's limit adding a $29.00 charge for that.

Again contacted the company. They give my the same story about cancelling my account and giving me a refund. I call my credit card company. They decide to dispute the charges and list them as fraudulent and the card info as stolen and cancel the card and reissue me a new one.

I have also filed a complaint with the FTC. Wonder if I should do so with the FBI. Is over state lines after all.

Called them to tell them that my credit card company and I were disputing the charges and that I had filed a complaint with the FTC. The wren't concerned. Said they were an upstanding company with no conplaints. Told them I would google there name and see.

Found this site. (And many other complaints.)

Called them again to them them they lied. Told the rep (Tim) he might wanna start looking for a new job.

Felt good.

I'll stop venting now.
