This company is a rip off. When I called customer service I kept getting disconnected. They are located in India.

You don't give a phone number so maybe you're calling the wrong one.

 

I called 855-421-9615 and got a person no problem. I also asked the lady on the phone where she was from and she said South Carolina. I gues he could have been lying but if she was her accent was pretty darn convincing.

 

Either way I got right through and I got a refund in less than 2 minutes so that is the good news. Try calling 855-421-9615 because I think you might be calling the wrong nbumber.
