DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!  I needed to check my FICO scores.  MyScore says they will give you all three and with a 7 day free trial use.  So I gave them my credit card (required) and logged on.  BAD, BAD. DECEPTIVE.  They only gave me one Credit Score (Transunion).  I called the company and they said they would give me the other two scores once the 7 day trial period was up.  Oh brother!  I found NO way to cancel my subscription online.  I had to call them.  And after I made my intentions to cancel very clear, their employees have to go through about 20 questions trying to talk you out of cancelling... including trying to insist you call back at the end of 7 days.  "No. I just want to cancel" meant nothing.  The employee rep had to go through the whole list.  HASSLE, HASSLE, HASSLE TO QUIT.

Missing the point.

This response about a person getting a refund sounds contrived and misses the point.  The offer was immediate FREE scores of ALL THREE credit bureaus.  See the images I even provided. They did not give that to me nor were they going to until AFTER the 7 day trial period was up.  That is called DECEIT (and after taking a credit card and giving them my personal data to sign up.)  THEN they made it VERY VERY HARD to cancel so my credit card would not be charged.  The representative was required on their part to read off around 20 questions (and took 10-15 minutes) to finally cancel my subscription even though I was repeating to each response, "No, I just want to cancel."  What a HASSLE.  NO, THIS IS NOT A NICE NOR HONEST COMPANY!  I don't often take the time to write up negative things about companies, but this one I will not let off the hook and would be happy to provide my witness about their practices to a court.  They went far beyond rationalization of their behaviors.

I called 855-421-9615 and got a refund with not hasseles. They jsut asked for my phone number to find me in their system.

 

It's good to hear you got your refund, but I want to make sure that everybody does gets their moeny back!
