myscore.com Total ripoff for consumers need credit scores Internet

I went on there website to obtain 3 credit scores. I signed up for a monitoring service. When I realized that the score was not accurate I called in to cancel. You have 7 days to cancel. I called in on the 6 day to cancel. I was told the account was canceled. My husband also called in the same day to cancel his subscription which was within the 7 day period. We was assured the subscription was definitely cancelled and we wouldnt be charged. Today I see another charge on my credit card statement dated 9/8 for myscore.com. I called in to find out that our account was actually still active. The rep that we talked to didnt cancel the subscription in fact that didnt have any record that we called to cancel.  This company is a SCAM. When you subscribe to there service they charge you and when you call to cancel within the cancellation period they dont cancel it. They actually lie to you like it is cancelled but they actually dont cancel the service. Thats a ripoff and something needs to be done about that. I encourage everyone to stay away from there site. Because the scores arent accurate and they lie and scam you.
