MyUS Access USA Fraudently charged my card, unauthorised charges, refuses to refund. Sarasota, Florida

This business took unathorized charges from my debit card in the amount of $200.00 on the 10/04/12 for an order that was cancelled and was in the process of them returning to the seller.The order totalled $470.25 so the $200.00 amount was the most that they could get from my account so they had basically kept on trying amounts until they successfully managed to take $200.00.This order was returned by them to the seller on 12/04/12 and is scheduled for delivery today, i know this because MyUS e-mailed me this information along with a tracking number and yet they continue to attempt to take further charges from my debit card in the amounts of $270.25, $7.00 (supposed 'storage fees') $23.51 (supposed 'late fees') and $19.85(supposed 'shipping fees')

 I have called them and e-mailed them numerous times and every time they had agreed with me on the phone that they were returning the item to the E-bay seller and would return the $200.00 that they successfully charged to my card and my e-mails have been ignored and yet they continue to harrass me with e-mails and continue to attempt to take funds from my card, due to this i have had to cancel my card and am having to await an updated bank statement so that i can initiate chargeback proceedings under the category of 'unathorized charges' (this advice was given to me via my bank)I am extremely disappointed that they would cause me huge phone bills with the calls i have had to make to them but yet continue to try and charge me anyway for an item that has never left their posession and has subsequently been returned to the seller in New york. That they charged my card for the amount of $200.00 because that was all they could manage to take at the time even though the ACTUAL initial order cost $427.50 and that they proceeded with attempting to take more and more money on an order that was cancelled and then reeturned BY THEM to the E-bay seller.I have also had to cancel my card because of this company and them attempting to charge my card fraudently over and over again.
