I read with interest the complaints on the web site. First let me say; I am not affiliated with naked wines in any way other than as a former customer. I stopped as a customer because their business model no longer met my needs.

However, while I can see the consumers' mistakes about Naked Wines' business model are causing them grief, I don't think the mistakes are a result of any action or marketing material from Naked Wines.

To clear up the misgivings of the complainers, all you have to do is read and understand what their offer is! The coupon/voucher clearly states you can ..."3) Get $100 off any case of wine priced $160 or more." Nowhere I can see does it offer 'free wine'.

Once you get on their website and start reading what they do to crowd-fund new winemakers, and how you will be participating in that crowd-funding, and that your monthly contribution allow you to buy things from them, you should have cleared up the confusion that led to the complaints on this website!

In conclusion, if you'll just slow down a little, read the actual offer, and stop trying to shift the blame for your lack of attention, you might actually enjoy the offer (good wines cheap) and the wines.
