I ordered hearing aids online with company saying returns easy if I was not happy with them.

They told me it would take a month or so to process refund. This time has passed.

Despite repeated contacts via phone with customer service I never received a frefund Today I tried to call , was put on hold for 5 mins then told they could not take any more calls reight now .

Nano Hearing Aids Sent hearing aids and advertise that they are 100 per cent refundable and when I called to return them I was told by Sander that I had only 21 days to return the hearing aids, which I did not see in there info. I saw they were 1 year warranty o them. Told me to nothing I could do!!! Received them on Jan 21st and called on March 13th as I thought I had a year.
