This company keeps calling and calling and faxing wanting payment for OVER a year NOW!?!?!? We have informed them to take us to court or do whatever they need to to get this resolved.
They got our "receptionist" on the phone and QUICKLY verfied our co. info asked if we used po's and then asked if they could send some info to our company.
Please, I advise EVERYONE that reads this PLEASE don't be suckered into this SCAM! I will refuse this bill until the day I die and also considering filing a restraining order for them not able to call our company anymore. I send thier faxes back I tell them over and over and over again on the telephone that I am NOT paying the bill. If they would quit calling people long distance and keep all of that money, I know they have spent $400 in long distance bills.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Make them prove you have a signed contract
AUTHOR: Cindy - (U.S.A.)

They can not make you pay for something you did not order, or sign a contract to. If they persist get a court order, or legal advice on how to get them to cease and desist. It has to be in writing fax them a copy and make sure that they know you will sue for punitive damages as well as mental anguish, loss of business due to their interference and any other thing you can pile on top.
Make them pay for being the a-holes they are.
