National Check Control ripoff consumer fraud Secaucus New Jersey

This collection agency has suddenly lost their mind. They call people and collect on either ancient checks or checks that are 90% of the time not even yours. They ALWAYS tell you that if you do not pay then they will file criminal charges against you. This is a violation of the FDCPA. They will scream at you and hang up repeatedly. I urge you not to send a dime.

They have already been fined by the FTC and last year lost a class action lawsuit. Now another lawsuit is being formed. Get your complaints out to the bbb,ftc, the attorney general for New Jersey and any other organization out there. Their head attorney has already been brought up to the ethics committee. With everyone's cooperation we can put them out of business for good and Mr. Hutchins in jail where he belongs.
