National Health CAre Solutions The IRS supposely owed me money, stated by a customer service rep. Miami Florida

I was called back in Dec stating that the IRS owed me money. I kept asking the man I don't have to pay anything do I? He said no we owe you this money. I gave him my account number and everything like an idiot. I should have know better but I couldn't see past the money.

I called and checked my account and I was negative 298.17, wondering how is that possible? I called the bank, the bank then gave me the number to this NHS company. I asked the rep who are they and why were they debiting my account? She then stated that a person called and setup insurance and they have me recorded giving my authorization to debit my account.

I then informed her why would I need this if I get insurance from my employer for 50.00 a month? She then stated that she would cancel the subscription. I told her I wanted my money back. She said that she will send something to corporate for a rebate. I need to call back in 48 hours. I told her I needed the corporate office number. She said its not necessary. I told her I will call back in 48 hours. I checked my account that morning and It was still negative.

I called the company back I talked to another scam artist and she said that the previous rep only cancel the subscription and didn't put in a refund because I didn't ask for it. I told her why in the hell would I be upset if I didn't or wasn't under the impression that I wasn't going to get my money back. She then said that she was going to put in another request for the refund. I told her I need to speak to someone over her. She said that no one was there. I told her she was lieing.

Then I told her let me speak to whoever signs her check. She then said that she doesn't have a number for them. I got so upset I hung up and called right back. At this time I spoke to another scam artist. This time it was a guy. I told him I had nothing to say to him I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He then put me hold and said that she is busy to leave my name and number and she will call back in 15minutes. She didn't call back. I then call them back and ask for Karen.

This con artist stated that Karen has been suspended and that she see where they have cancel my subscription and that she would escalate the request again. Which was a another lie. They took 2 payments of 29.95 in one day and then another payment 299.95. For some bullshit!!! I just don't understand how they are still able to operate a so called business?

I will not stop until I make them pay. Even if I was interested in there services you can't call people acting like you work for the IRS and steal their money. Not only that when I heard the recording giving them my account information they edited the recording and made it say yes to what they wanted it to say yes to. The verification of my account wasn't nearly as long as what it was when I heard it the last time. They are some f**ing rip offs and I am not going to stop until I found out more information on them to sue there a**!! I'm going to do a law suit on the whole company including the workers.
