National Health Care Solutions They called me on my cell phone... about a refund on over-payment on student loans... representing some government agency that re-imburst for overpayment of loans... was to transfer to my accounts with in 5 days.... Well, they had stolen $299.95 and $29.95 out of my account in 15 days.... I finally called the company... when threathing to go to Attorney Generals office, promised to refund ??? Miami Florida

I received a phone call about refund for overpayment of studend loans....they represented a government entity to oversees such activity....would electronically transfere the over payment of $5000.00 plus in over payments..... this would be done in 2 business days..... Well, all that was done was money was stolen from my accounts....$299.95 on 1st of Feb. and $29.95 on the 18th. of Jan. 08. After headaches with the bank.....I called an got thru to the 866-407-1029 National Health Care Solutions was on the bank papers.... I threathen to contact the Attorney Generals Office ....suddenly they operator (John 19889) offer to refund only the $299.95..... within 5 days..... we'll see!!! However, I was told that they were out of New Jersey..... after a search on the Web I came by this scam ad..... about the company..... here-by filed this report!! I see that the company is out of Miami, Fl...... they initial operator lied about their location!
