National Health Care Solutions Promised a grant of 5,000.00 but in return deducted money from my account after they got my bank information Miami florida

I recieved a call saying that i was eligable to recieve a 5,000.00 grant from the government that all i would need to do is give this company my bank information and that this fund would be available to me the next buisness day and that there was a one time fee of 29.95 that would be charged to my account. When i asked the name of this company they gave me a website of www.gov.org and they told me that i would get a verification number at the end of the call so that i could track the funds they were promising me. Reluctantly after speaking with 3 different people all of which i could not understand very well because of their foreign language i went ahead and gave them my account because i thought that i could trust the government. I did not recieve the funds nor the welcome package they were offering nor did i get the 100.00 in gas vouchers instead these people took out the 29.95. When i got my bank statement i was able to get the number from this company and i called them only to learn this was a health insurance company. When i told them to refund my money back, that this was not what they promised they played back the recording for me. I am not saying that i deny that i authorized this, what i am saying is that they did not come through with what they had orginally agreed to. After i had said that i was going to report them to the better buisness buraeu and i was also reporting them to the government since that is who they claimed they were with, they then agreed to give me my refund but told me that it would take up to 5 days. I still have not gotten my refund and everytime i call them now we seem to get disconnected.
