On March 3, 2008, our company received an invoice from National Imaging Systems, Inc. charging $159.99 for a "Cartridge for HP 4000".

The employee identified in the subject line was indeed called by a telemarketer several months prior to the invoice, but he directly instructed them that (1) our company already has a vendor they exclusively buy from and (2) he is in no way involved in ordering office supplies and does not have the authority to make an order.

In no way did he ever agree to purchase a $159.99 toner and our company doesn't even own any HP 4000 printers.
