National Imaging Systems Inc Scam Artist salesman said it was free but then the invoice came. Van Nuys California

Everything I have read on the other reports is very similar to what I experienced. I explained to the salesman that we were already under contract with a company to handle our cartridge needs but he insisted that I go ahead and take the free cartridge. When I got it I had no reason to use it right away since our printers already had enough toner. Supposedly the information regarding the "free trial" offer was in the box it came in and according to Susie I should have known that if I didn't want to pay for it I should have returned it right away when I got it.

I told her emphatically that we would not pay for this. Susie was very rude and nasty and would not let me speak. I finally told her to shut up so I could talk and she went off on how unprofessional I was, told me she feels sorry for my wife, and then hung up. My next move was to file a complaint on the BBB. (By the way, they have an F rating! Any surprise?)
