National Recovery Agency National Recovery Agency did not call or send correspondence to me, but instead ruined my credit over $38.00. Harriaburg Pennsylvania

I just happened to look at my credit report due to a notification I received from ProtedMyID through Experian. I noticed a $38.00 through National Recovery Agency. I was so upset, I called to see what this was about. I talked to a CHris and he stated to me he did't have phone number to reach, I know that was not true since I am listed everywhere. I asked him why was this even listed, since I sent the merchandise back to Hamilton Collections. The collection agency claimed Hamilton Collections never received the merchandise. Wow!

I told him I have proof it was sent back to them. I still have the Delivery of Conformation Receipt. I thought I heard him swallow. I contact Hamilton Collections to see what the heck was going on. They stated they never received the merchandise when I called them to verify it, they did receive it, Sept 2012. Now two years later they want to try and ruin my credit. This is truly a shame how businesses don't want to consume responsibilty and how the Collection Agency handled this. National Recovery has a wierd way of handling their issues. I have had this same phone number for years, can't see why they chose not to contact me first before ruining my credit with a collection on it.
