National Small Business Alliance ripoff Washington DC

I received a call saying that I was qualified for a $8,000.00 line of credit and that it will only cost $99.95. I was told that it was an american express card to help small business and I would receive it in five(5) days I never received it.

Then they charged my card, when I called them they said it was not a credit card, it was a membership to their company and I needed to read the fine print. "What fine print? someone called me and offerd me a card not a membership" then she said that is impossible because we don't offer cards and no one could of said that to you.

She said their is nothing I can do to help you and hung up.I thought I was getting help to start my business, instead I got ripped off, evertime I call back I get an answering machine and the mailbox is full, or if someone answers, from the time they hear I want a refund, they hang up.

There has to be something we can do about this, people get results when they come together if any one wants to start a group or take this to cout we have to do it together you can reach me
