National Small Business Alliance ripoff ,dishonest fraudulent billing, After 4 months still waiting for refund Cathedral City California

Cancelled my membership same week (September 23, 2005) I received the package from NSBA. Package and service was not as descibed in phonecall when I signed on. Received cancellation letter with cancellation number 13704397mrj09/23/05 on September 27, 2005. Letter stated I would receive my full refund ($339.35) within the next 30 day's. When I did not receive the refund by mid November I started to call NSBA. When I was successfull getting thru I was told that my refund had still not been processed due to a "back-up" in the accounting dep. I have written and sent several e-mails and letters directly to Dennis Mario with no response. I have also left phone messages at his ext. 100 to no prevail. It seams like this is a fraudulent activity. I am thinking about going via the smalls claims office.
If anybody is thinking about a class action law suit I will be happy to participate.
