National Small Business Alliance ripoff Cathedral City California

I have also been deceived by the national small business alliance. I was contacted by phone and was told that I would be debited 99.00 and would have 30 days to review the package and loan info.

Unfortunately, within the 30 day review period my checking account was debited for the full year. This was completely unexpected, and i was under the assumption that unless I utilized the benefits I would not be charged the yearly fee. I did not use the benefits, and contacted the company within 30 days for the refund of 99.00 and the additional yearly fee.

I returned all materials via certified mail on july 27, 2004. I contacted the company 2 times by phone regarding my refund and spoke to a rep that told me it would not be released until sept 2, 2004.

It is now oct 20, 2004 and i still have not received my monies due to me. I have tried to contact customer service and the mail box is always full.
