I recieved a phone call from this company about the $8000 credit card you could use for anything. I kept asking are you sure that you can use it at any merchant and the rep(Tonya said yes.

So when I recieved the packet it was something totally different. So I thought about it and decided to cancel after they took there 99.95 and fees of $350. They gave me the imformation via the phone concerning where I need to send the packet.

I recieved a letter abour 2 weeks later March 31st 2006. It stated I would receive a refund within 30 days. I called on the 35th day and they told me it was still being processed.

I called back every week since and it's the same answer. I have contacted my lawyer and he stated we can pursue sueing them.

His paralegal phoned the company and they told they would call him back or get in contact with me. I haven't heard from the basters and

I'm ready to pursue a legal law suit against them. It is truly a shame how some of corporate America misuses the honest consumers. If anyone is intrested in helping with law suit let me know at my e-mail address. Only serious complainers contact me.
