NSBA offered a credit line of $8000.00 to help small business owners obtain travel and computers. For detailed info on this incredible offer you give them $99.95 right there and then. You get the packet and inspect the details, travel is for pleasure only and on their terms. The computer is for their chosen product and that's what you get.

You call and cancel. Promptly send the packet back. And wait. After 30 days and no refund has been returned, you call.

That's when the real fun starts, your told 30 BUSINESS days. Then your told accounting is backed up. Then you ask for a supervisor to be honest with you and fill you in on the skinny. But the supervisor never returns your call. Now your losing precious time and we all know "TIME IS MONEY" and you think "why can't this company refund me what was mine since I've been jumping through all the right hoops?" The only thing that comes to mind is "am I being RIPPED-OFF?" So, wish me luck on getting my money back.

The NSBA finally returned my money. They acted like there was trouble in communication amongst themselves!! Their supervisor of customer service Romy, can't return phone calls even though her answering machine says she will. They are still a terrible company and I feel sorry for all the folks that don't go after their money, which just leaves me to believe that NSBA is a scam no matter what!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Janice
