Nationstar Mortgage company over billing accounts with unknown fees. with no explation as to what the fee's are for. dallas tx, Texas

I just find it appauling that in this day and age and with what the county is facing every year and the down turn that the united States as gone through that we would have a Company that states that they strive to help people stay in their homes.

NATIONSTAR  MORTGAGE COMPANY is one if not the biggest scammers of them all. We have a President who past a program for the hardest hit in our country. I myself have to say that this is not correct either we have all seen hard ship during this time.

But how can a company sign paper work with Fanny Mae with the promise that they will abid by the rule of a contract but in no way done this. since the program started has NATIONSTAR BEEN NOTHING BUT RIPPING FOLKS OFF ON A MONTHLY BASIS .

This company has continued to charge customers with late fees as well as other fee that gives no one any answers as to what these fees are. this company is ripping off the Fanny mae folks so that means that they are rippoing all of. this company needs to have someone come in and look at all the money they have made for themself and at what cost to the people who are working day in day out to keep up with the ever changeS that has come our way.

i for one want to know how I can make all my back mortgage money owe in the month of july and being told by an employee at the time that this money that was paid to them woould prevent defaults and that I was up current on my late fees. I would lke to know how for the month of Aug and sept owe nothing to them other then my mortgage payment did my bal owing go from 0 to now owing this 4244.10.

I have tried to contact the nationstar to go over what the program is doing to try and help us stay in our home. most of employees that i have spoke ro have  ghad no idea as to idea what I'm  ta;ling about or who the person as to whom i need to speak with. 

I know that I have requirement of this program that have to be completed and verified why is it that a mortgage compenay can get awau wotj tjos. Im so stressd out daily looking at the weeb site page and nothing is going dow. and the only thing I case see is the fact that they are lining their pockets with our money as well as fanny maes money and nothing is being done to stop it.
