Nationstar Mortgage Company charging customer fees for their mistake Dallas Texas

In 2015 charged house insurance on wrong property,  They had the loan listed for 300 Jackson Woods Rd, when I am actually living in and buying 135 Pleasant Acres Dr.  Had to send in documents proving I was purchasing 135 Pleasant Acres Dr, because 300 Jackson Woods Rd is property that I own and have a clear deed to. During this process they rejected our monthly payments and started charging fees they did not tell us about. After obtaing a lawyer. in October 2015 payments were paid to bring account current.

In July 2016 Nationstar paid taxes on 300 Jackson Woods Rd. which is not the property mortgaged through them.  We sent in proof that the taxes had been paid on 135 Pleasant Acres Dr. I am willing to repay Nationstar for the taxes they paid because it is property that I own.

In August requested payoff amount.  They have a charge of $1724.47 on payoff.  When asked what this was for they stated it was for fees and services fro
