I had the same experience as you. Even with a letter sent to Nationstar suggesting, under the American Home Recovery Act law, they refused. I have taken my complaints to higher levels. I am seeking a congressional inquiry, senate and congressional hearings, and also following up with mortgage fraud through the Texas Attorney Generals Office.

They are lawyered up big time.  GET A LAWYER.  Would you be interested in joining a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Nationstar.

They are refusing to offer the federal assistance to individuals under the law. they do conduct Wrongful Foreclosures, read the laws ..GET A LAWYER
