Nationwide Reservations Aka Vacation Showroom tricked & lied to us rip-off waste of time Palatka Florida

Although I understood it was a timeshare presentation, they screwed up my reservations, misrepresented the price(told me $99 to add my son to the cruise, and charged $199 AFTER I changed my plans to accomodate the cruise) ,promised FREE upgrades that were not free and that was all BEFORE I even went.

When we got down there (Fort Lauderdale), I scheduled my tour at the hotel. The women then asked if we would like to attend a lua at the hotel. I thought it would be nice, so I paid an extra $20 for my son, and THOUGHT she handed me a receipt. What she did not tell me is that I took these in lieu of my Disney tickets. I found that out in Orlando when I went to the second hotel and they said I had to take another tour. Needless to say, I declined both.

We proceeded to the presentation, which was supposed to take PART of the morning or afternoon, but actually took six hours.At first the man was pleasant, then it got high pressure. When he realized we weren't buying, he got downright rude. He asked me why we even bothered to come. At the end, when my son went to get a soda from the complimentary machine provided, he said they'll have to start charging him for the soda. That trip and the company was the worst experience, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
