NCO Financial services making phone contact via recording system daily since July 06,in November 06, Kora contact me.
She specifically states to me that I pay in full amount or in monthly installments,a bill for payment in x amount of dollars.
I pay an amount for the month of November to hold the account supposedly according to their records to stall any further actions. In January I was to pay another x amount of dollars and instead I made a call to speak with Kora and Brenda told me that Kora no longer worked there. Brenda tells me a different story then what Kora had originally told me. How ever this Company now has my credit information including credit card, and has used my credit and has not contacted me in any way professionally as a corporate business should.
My main concern is that no contact has been made on their part yet. They used my credit card debiting from my bank account with out my permission to do so. They are very unprofessional and I feel that my rights have been violated on how they have responded and used my information without any further authorization on my behalf.

Based on your post, you say they took out money without authorization, but you also say you agreed to make a payment in November at least. When you set up the payment in November, did you agree to postdate a payment in January? Did they send you a letter indicating the payment date and amount in January? All collection legally have to send out a post date legal compliance letter with that information.

Raymond,
The first thing you want to do is close that bank account and open one at a DIFFERENT bank. if you fail to do this, they will most likely clean you out.
NEVER call, or speak to any debt collector on the phone! NEVER!! Always demand everything in writing.
By making a payment to them, you actually validated the debt and made it legally collectable. Now they can sue you and get a judgement easily. Before, the debt may have been legally UNcollectable.
MOST of the debts NCO attempts to collect on are very old OOS debts that are legally uncollectable. They are JUNK DEBT BUYERS.
STAY OFF THE PHONE!!
