I was sent a "Past Due Notice" from NCO Financial Systems Inc. that states I owe America Online Inc $95.60.

I have tried several times to contact them via the number that they provide and I get a message that "all circuits are busy, please try again later" then the line hangs up. I have never been able to contact them via the phone.
