NCS Nationwide Credit Services Threatening to have me "Located & Serviced" if I didnt pay now!!! Internet

 I was contacted via message on my cell phone on 12/10/14 to call John regarding a bad check that was against me. He left his name, phone number, and a case number.  I returned the call and spoke with a Mrs. Brown she told me that there is a a case pending against me for writing a bad check to Check n Go.  First, I do not have a checking account so i did not write a check. I do have a loan with Check N Go  so I offered to make payments starting 12/12/14. She was very rude and told me that i had to pay $300 right now or I would be located at my employer and home. I explained i could pay 150 now and 150 on 12/12/14. She told me I must not understand what she was saying. She wants $300 now or I will be "Located and Serviced". By this point im upset and asked her what does that mean? to be Located? is this a threat? She was condescending telling me what do you understand? And then trying to put on a show for whoever was around speaking as if i was saying on my end that i had no intention on paying so i spun it back and asked her why was  speaking to me that way when i am trying to work this out. She got even more irrate and told me i had to pay 300 now or else. I asked to speak to the manager she says I am the manager and no one else here can you help you. But if it makes you feel better you can speak to the girl beneath me maybe you will understand her. Ok...Now  Kristin is put on the phone same thing need 300 now or i'll " Located & Serviced" I told Kristin i can not believe that a company would refuse a payment. She hung up on me.

I called back and I got John the locater, he was in the field right now, and I need to pay the 300 now. I told him i had 200 he sked me where it came from? Really? So, he agreed to the 200 but i had to keep him on the phone while it drove and bought, and activated a prepaid card. It such a fiasco!!! These people need to be investigated and shut down!!!  I currently have filed complaints with the attorney general and consumer financial protection bureau!!! And I hope anyone else that gets calls from them does the same. This company has broken collection laws.
