WPMU DEV WPMU DEV, Incsub, Incsub LLC, James Farmer WPMU DEV are Known to Steal Money

Having read about WPMU DEV on Reddit recently (https://www.reddit.com/r/Wordpress/comments/7lo379/was_thinking_about_going_with_wpmu_dev_now_unsure/) and carrying out further research on Twitter to find a lot of disgust aimed at WPMU DEV for this latest episode (they billed somebody hundreds of dollars who made it know they did not wish to enter a subscription... for a $5 plugin).

On face value: this is a disgusting opertunistic theft from a company who doesn't give a d**n on how they are perceived. But the above has picked up tracton due to the fact the person they robbed... his business supports a children's hospital.

I'll say that again: HIS BUSINESS SUPPORTS A CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL WITH EVERY SALE.

And STILL WPMU DEV do not hand back the money. STILL they are adamanet that THEY deserve the money more... It is a vile situation in which WPMU DEV have truly shown their true colors after years of troubling stories about them.

Over on 4Chan - you can see how WPMU DEV handled this situation, they threatened to dox the "customer" by sharing his private Emails. When the customer asked them to share the one in which he states he does not want a subscription... WPMU DEV deleted the post when many pointed out to them (WPMU DEV) how disgusting they were being. Awful customer service which has no place in 2017. WPMU DEV is a very backwards thinking and revolting company.

The whole situation has prompted me to share my own experience with WPMU DEV: I once ordered a plugin from them and it didn't work. I was told I would have to pay extra for their support. I declined. I thought that was awful, but reading the above story about WPMU DEV is truly sickening.

WPMU DEV is a company to be avoided.

WPMU DEV should be utterly ashamed of their lack of integrity and void of self awareness.

WPMU DEV need to hand this poor guy his money back. They and try to color it any way they wish, and I'm sure they will attempt to here, but the end result is that a children's hospital is being disadvantaged by their ridiculous greed.

Trying to charge over $500 for a $5 plugin... do WPMU DEV have any shame whatsoever?
