Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased the portable scanner to compile all my receipts. It worked fine for a while but quit when I reloaded when upgrading to windows7. The company says it changed or updated it's software to make it work again but I would have to pay $30.00 to get it.
It seems that every time they update software I will have to purchase it again. Nice thought for them but I will just scan and place in my own created folders. Their software does that for you and makes it retrievable with key words but how often do I need to do that.
Microsoft updates for free along with all other manufactures that I know of. I think charging for updating is a rip-off!

and their flavor of the month software updates....making a lot of other software malfunction.
It costs a company a lot to analyze the new operating system and re-write their software to be compatible. Neither NEAT nor most other software companies can just absorb these costs through no fault of their own. Sorry, but with Microsoft issuing "updated" versions of their operating system on a regular basis, this will continue.
Microsoft doesn't bother to get one version working well before they're releasing the next one in a never ending cycle.
