Neat.com. Before purchasing this item please beware of the following. This company does not have any way to obtain live customer support. They have a phone number for sales, but nothing for support. After putting in about 20 hours of scanning time. I opened the program to find it wanted to start me all over again.  No way to recover. I opened a "trouble ticket"  and after 4 days have heard nothing back   from the company. I have since returned the "boat anchor" product to the mass merchandiser I purchased it from. Great idea with a faulty implementation and NO SUPPORT. BEWARE~

Firestone Tires in Fort Pierce, Fl (Okeechobee Road store)firestonecompleteautocare.com/maintain/service-warranty-optional i took my car for an oil change and they told me I need brakes and rotors for the front tires. They said they replaced them but I kept hearing a noise on the front when I tried to put on brakes. I took it back to them and they said they found some plastic underneath and they removed it. The scrubbing noise did not stop so I contacted a frien who does auto repairs. He took the tires off and found that the brakes nor the rotors were not replaced. They had rust on them. They charged me for something they did not do. I have since had my brakes and rotors replaced but I wanyt that charge taken off my credit card. fort Pierce florida

Ford Ford Oudtshoorn My Bantam bakkie failed to start so i sent it with a towing service to ford garage in for repairs. On the 6th of June two weeks later i received my vehicle and it cost me R7600 wich i borrowed(money i do not have) When i received the bakkie i noticed a dent on the rear and informed the lady at reception, who informed me that they will have to look on the cameras first if the damage occured there. So i left later i noticed that the left window visor was also broken and the left-side window winder was also broken and left neatly on the passenger seat with the broken parts of the window visor. on the 21st of June 2021 the bakkie failed to start again so i contacted About 11:45 and they said they will arange a tow truck to come and fetch the bakkie, at about 16:00 i became impatient and phoned again. This time they said they will send a technician who lives in my area to do observations as soon he knockoff from work. At about 19:00 A man arrived at my house claiming to be the technician from after several attempts the bakkie started but the fan did not want to switch off. The technician named Christopher told me that there is a possibillity that they did not programmed the pcm monitor correctly so he had to take it in the following day. the next morning Christoper came and drove the vehicle with the running fan to witch is 20km away from where i stay. On the 23rd June ford phoned me because there is a new reason why the bakkie wont start and it would cost me another R7600 plus R400 for towing services which they never arranged, and the warranty on they previous job was useless.
