I am the transcript secretary at our high school. We do charge a $3.00 fee to send transcripts for alumni. Needmytranscripts also charges a fee. Do not pay both - just contact your high school directly! When I recieve one of these requests it further delays the sending of your transcript because I have to contact you and wait to receive the payment in the mail before I can send out your transcript.

When tried to contact the company to let them know our policy, neither email worked. There was no one at the 888 number to answer the phone and no way to leave a message.

I feel bad for the alumni I have to call to ask for additional payment. Don't pay twice! Call your high school directly! Don't use this service!
