This website www.needmytranscript.com is a scam. I should have known better for me to obtain my high shchool transcript was going to be easy. One thing that was fast is how soon they took the money from my account. Is been weeks since I requsted transcripst and I have not heard from anyone for anything. Please please I beg who ever is considenring of using this website to read all the scam reports that have been filed for that website. I know $10 is nothing but is the matter of the fact that they pretend to make it easy and fast for us. In reality is wrost because they took my money and I sitll have to get a transcrip and wait longer. IT'S A SCAM!!! DONT USE WEBSITE.

We tried contacting you via email and by phone but have not heard back from you. We confirmed your high school did in fact recieved the signed release and payment from us. I will use the first initial of your high school name and the Registrar for privacy purposes. We spoke with the Registrar, Ms J., at E High School and she said that you did not graduate from that high school and you in fact need to resubmit your request to the high school you graduated from: NB High School (within the same School District). We apologize for any inconvenience in receiving your records; we have already REFUNDED your order in full as a courtesy. We did not locate an order for you in the system for NB High School so we are assuming you requested the records yourself. We are here to help if you need anything else.
