I requested a high school transcript for my wife on July 27, 2016 to start school on Aug 29th. it is the last thing she needs to select classes and order books. Two weeks later I contacted them to find the status and they replied that the request had been sent to the school and to wait 7-10 business days...blah blah blah. Then a week later still nothing so I replied again and said my wife missed the first deadline to enroll in fall classes and still nothing. Finally on August 26th i contacted the high school to find the status and they said there is nothing for my wife in thier system for a transcript request!!! Now I am trying to get my refund I paid them and an actual explanation on what the waste of time was. Still trying to get a transcript from the college instead which means my wife cant start the fall classes because of a crappy service!!
