I am the registrar at a public high school. I learned that when people search "transcript and name of their high school" NeedMyTranscript pops up in the first few spots of the search engine. People are not aware that this is a third party who is charging extra for their transcript. The last person I spoke to said that she was charged $12.00. Our school charges $5.00 and mails transcripts without the delay caused by going through a third party. Contact your school directly! It will be faster and cheaper.
