Nestle Company has propped up a fake customer service department for their Hot Pockets complaints that has become a Sham to consumers. It's irresponsible, reprehensible and unacceptable that a foreign company (they are not from the U.S) is allowed to operate this way here with no customer support, just COUPONS!

Lately, Nestle has thought it wise to remove more than 50% of their meat in their new Limited edition sandwiches and also to remove the crisper sleeve that is used to hold the hot sandwich. I got a blister on my hand from this after reporting the initial problem and tried to contact them again and it's fallen on deaf and incompetant ears. Anything they can do to sidesteo the issue, they will.

First, they said the problem is not common so they cannot do anything about it. When I wrote back, they said they didn't receive any codes from me from the package and can't send their forsaken coupons. This is the way they deal with EVERYTHING!  COUPONS! Lost a leg? You get some coupons! Food poisoning, here's some coupons to make it feel better.

At no time do they EVER actually address any issues. It's a travesty and unacceptable that a foreign company like Nestle is allowed to operate in the U.S. in this way. They continue to put you off, they misrepresent and miscue the information (all the sudden my 5 pockets went to 8). They are just a bunch of double talkers and not interested in your problem in the least

It's not customer service and my entire neighbor is boycotting Nestle products because of this. It might not hurt them, but it makes me feel better not giving money to a company who is not interested in the problems they have caused for people.

A couple of things...

" It's a travesty and unacceptable that a foreign company.."

What's your point?  That it's okay for a US company, but NOT a "foreign") (YOUR description) company?

"..my entire neighbor is boycotting Nestle products.."

Which one of your "entire neighbors" is boycotting Nestle?  First, it's unlikely true as you are a runaway drama queen.

ALL microwaveable products including this one warn the product WILL BE HOT when removed from oven.  You also appear to be an IDIOT!  My pot pies, microwave popcorn and some others have the warning on them.  Perhaps you should ask a third grader to handle things like this for you to avoid future problems.

One would assume that one would have to take care in handeling an object called a "Hot Pocket". Seems like common sense to handel something hot with care. As I recall, the hot pockets themselves state that the contents will be hot after you microwave it. Did you perhaps FORGET to read the instructions?
