Net 10 Bait and switch, watch out! Nationwide

Extremely poor customer service. Can barely speak english, very difficult to understand. Keep you on the phone for hours, burning up as many minutes as they can(that you paid for). Simple number transfer takes about 3 hours at 10 cents a minute.($18.00 of airtime). Plans change, and are made unavailable when you try to buy that plan, you are forced to buy another that blanks all your saved minutes.  The phone starts ringing at the most inopportune times, like 3 am, just to tell you your low on minutes, lol, burning more minutes. And that function can't be turned off. Now the good reception I had is very spotty, I have to go outside to get a signal, yet it used to recieve signals even in the basement. I think they dropped some towers(they rent towers from the larger outfits). Overall, it getting very frustrating to use their phone.
