I ordered internet service through netzero. They told me i was approved for thei deal, i pay $92 for the mifi device,shipping, and a partial month internet paynent,no internet paynent until next month,middle of april.
I get mifi device in mail a week later,3days later they charged my bank account fir another month internet servuce fee. 3days later,not a month like they said.
So i call and tell them i was lied ti, to cancel account and put my $ bAck in my bank account,u didnt authorize them ti take that miney out.
Ut took me20munutes to finally get a supervisir to authirize my return of ny $ . They told me i already paid for it to go ahead and use servics, NO, i want my money back! So i have the device,and ask how to return it,they tell me that i paid for it its mune,i cant return it, i dont want their service or theit device! Dies anyone know what to do ti retyrn mifi device?????
