Hello, i work at Cellular store for about 5 years, and i do got all kind of experience on cell fones, but never until today with NET10 wireless customer service, what bothers me most is that you give up for customers and that one must take care of them, i call customer service today 01/27/2013 NET10 customer service in reference one of my client about $ 50.00 service and they cut me, no service at this time and get worse do not want to transfer the service to another sim card (GSM ship), or whether they are robbing me $ 50.00 Dls. also laugh at you as you notice while uyou talking on the phone, is very annoying and being made fun, I'm very upset with them, what I ask is to be very careful because when you want to take your line to another company did not release, is very difficult, I lost clienetes by so do not mess with NET10, not worth it, not activated with NET Wireless,
