January 3rd 2006, I joined Salehoo. Salehoo is a paid data base of dropshippers. I paid $50.00 for a list of the companies I could order from to dropship the merchandise I purchased to customers who purchased from me.

January 3rd 2006, I opened a store on ebay called Out Of The Box! I sold two xbox360 platinum, delux packs, one for $1150 and one for $1080. I ordered the items from Netdropshippers on the evening of the second order, 1/05/06.

I made the purchase with my credit card and awaited the confirmation. The following day, 1/06/06, I received an email from them stating that I had to wire the money because orders over $400.00 are not accepted with credit cards. The next day, I went to my Bank1 account and wired $2000.00 to thier Bank of America Account and it was received 1/09/06, the next business day.

I got an email from one of my customers asking for a confirmation number, so I called Netdropshippers. No answer. I emailed. No answer,meanwhile, the second customer asked for the arrival date. I called, no answer. I emailed, no reply.

I received an email from Netdropshippers that said they were out of the items I had ordered and I was credited the money, $2000.00 into the account with THEM. I litterally screamed! I emailed my customers and humbly appologized for the inconvenience. I had to refund their money and hope they didn't leave bad feedback. Now, I am out the $2000.00 that Netdropshippers has credited to my "account" with them.

That nest day, 1/15/06, I request a cash refund wired back to my own bank account. No response. I called. No answer. I emailed again threatening Federal Trade Commission reports and BBB reports. No response. I called their bank, they were very helpful, however, powerless.

Finally, 1/25/06, I got an email from Netdropshippers requesting the date of my original request of a cash refund. Great I thought, I'm getting my money back!

1/27/06, got an email from Netdropshippers stating that I already received a refund and it is in my "account" with THEM! Pardon me, while I scream again!

That money was my small business nest egg and they are keeping it! That is all of the savings I have in the world!

Their own policy which is stated in a reply on this very site, states that they will give refunds in 30 days for checks, money orders and credit cards due to fraud possibilities. My money was sent as a wire! They have it and they are not responding to my requests for a refund, they have not delivered merchandise, they have STOLEN $2,000.00 from me! If there is a lawsuit pending, I want in, if only to tell my story.

There are several others in this same boat from EBAY. I've told them about this site for research of other dropshippers.

If there is anyone out there that can help. Please HELP!

Mail Order Fraud

I too have posted here and have reported my claim for non payment of refund to the authorities. I paid $1717.39 in Mid November of 05 and have STILL not received a refund. They have stopped responding to emails.

I payed this money via USPS money order and today I have filed my claim to the USPS on the basis of mail order fraud which is a federal offense. The L.A District attorney is next and my lawyer is preparing to file papers with the courts in Los Angeles. I fly there often so getting there is no problem whatsoever. One way or another I will get my money back from these idiots.

Here is the email they sent me today...before I cut and paste it from my email, I must reitterate that I have been trying to reach these people for weeks through their OWN site. I post a complaint on this one early this morning, and I got this response this very afternoon!!!

Hello.

We always had the Xbox 360 in stock you just never used your credit to purchase them. I see that your account still has credit for $2K you simply need to use the credit in your account to place the order for the Xbox 360.

Here are your 3 orders and they were paid by a credit card so we canceled them because you need to use the credit in your account:

Please tell me who versed in the english language could mistake that for the items ordered being in stock? After that notice, I had no choice but to inform my buyers that thier items were not in stock. I even forwarded those very emails to them to prove my point. I had to refund their money from my own personal bank account while I asked for a refund from you. That request is as follows:

To Whom This May Concern,
You have single handedly ruined my small business. You have put me out of business before I started. You have neglected to inform me of the stock shortage right away. You have waited more than a week after purchase to tell me that my order was cancelled! What kind of hacker business are you running???? I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK RIGHT THIS INSTANT!!!!!!!I tried to purchase merchandise with my business card and it was denied by YOU because the request was over $400.00 then I was advised to wire the money. I wired it and after more than a week, I am informed by email that my order was cancelled!!! I WANT NOTHING MORE FROM YOUR WEB SITE AND INTEND TO REPORT YOU TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY BY WIRE BY MONDAY! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission if I haven't received the wire Monday! I will also notify the FBI internet fraud division if this is not rectified.I wired $2011.88 1/7/06 and I want it back in my account 1/16/06. You people need to get it together and stop ripping people off!

I received no reply. I sent 4 other emails and tried to call, repeatedly!I got no answer until 1/24/06. This came in the form of an email as follows:

With reference to your email dtd. Jan 20th, 2006, kindly let us know when was the request made for a wire refund? Sincerely, Customer Support NetDropshipper.com - Your One Stop E-Commerce Solution Center.

I responded with the date and after two days, I received this reply:

With reference to your email dtd. Jan 21st, 2006, kindly note you already
have the credit in your account @ $1,971.88.

I will stress again, I DID NOT ASK FOR A CREDIT. I ASKED FOR REFUND! Your company said themselves that they no longer have the item in stock. The transaction was cancelled by YOUR COMPANY, you have nothing else that I want except my money IN FULL!When I get my refund in full, I will retract my comments. How dare you have the nerve and gall to threaten me with loss of membership!! I have lost $2000.00! Who the heck would want a membership with you after this treatment?? I emailed your company over 7 times with no response and I have called your company everyday-all day for the passed 3 weeks and got NO ANSWER! I make a complaint on a totally different website in morning and have a response from your company by afternoon??REDICULOUS!REFUND MY MONEY NOW.

File an INTERNET FRAUD police report about them!

I just got in contact with the detective internet fraud division of the Los Angeles Police Department. The direct number is (213)-485-4130. I am filing a police report Monday, January 30th,2006 with them and I encourage anyone who has been ripped off by them to do the same! If they get enough reports totaling enough money, they will shut 'em down!!! My loss was $2,000.00...what was yours? Call the LAPD and tell them about it in detail!
