Just wanted to confirm other reports that Cust Serv is nothing more than a ripoff to sell years subscription at outlandish price and that they have no idea. I have a wifi router with no manual reset to factory settings. The option to reset didnt seem to work but netgear wont even discuss it without a years subscription costing about 5 times the cost of the router.
