Netspend flagged one of my two actts I have with them. After I sent them the info they requested they still weren't satisfied. I chose to close my account at that time. They sent out a ck refunding the money left in my acct. I had to deposit it in my husbands bank and let it sit on hold for 7days.... 5 days later NETSPEND stopped payment on that ck....I'm out $1410.00..... I've called over fifteen times!!!! After MANY attempts to get them to rectify it....NO RESOLUTION!!!!

They must be stopped!!!!! I live off of my ssi....these folks are THEIVES!
