Netspend Corporation Netspend Closed my account with out telling me Austin, TX 78768 Nationwide

 Ok I"m pissed well over pissed really.There was a unauthorized use of my bank account .Well it was fixed I got my money bank ordered new a new card and it cost me already $25.00 and I thought I was fine.Well this morning I went to check my bank account and they decided without telling me btw they closed it . I didn't get a letter no email or anything .I only knew when I called .All my bill money was in it ,well then they told me they mailed a check on the 4th I didn't use my debit card so yea didn't check until today .Well anyways they then tell me it will be 20 days until I get all my money back .Oh the reason they closed my account was because of that unauthorized charge which was fixed already so yea not sure why now .I told the manger that I want the the department that made that choice he said they call me. Then I asked him his name he said he could only give me his First name and ID Ethen his id 7260226. Now they should at least sent me a email ,a call or a letter to let me get my money out but no nothing.I get paid monthly I"m on SSI this is all I had and I have kids to support .I then asked Ethen {id 7260226 if there was anyway he could send me my money faster . I have a 5 year old with special needs autism and his birthday will be on the 13th .More important he requires diapers still {again I was told by his doctor he has a mind of a two year old I can"t even get those important things for my kid .I have to support them that was all my money I mean come on I even told him that .They should let me at least get my money .They are sending it in check but now my over draft fees for my bills I cant pay my rent and power .I"m in tears at this point .My son more then anything needs this money.
