On Feb. 04 2015 I called company to verify information to have taxes and payroll deposited to an account. Feb 4-5 2015 received to email notifications that everything was clear and good to go. I filed taxes on Feb 06 2016 and set up payroll direct deposit. I received a email notification on Feb 13, 2015 @3:48 pm with a warning message if I did not contact them by Feb 19, 2015 that funds that are pending to the account would be returned to the sender. The moeys that was direct dposited was my income tax refund and they had already taken there fee out of it. I called this company from 3:54pm and the message the company kept giving is they are experiencing high call volume. I left a return call message for first available CSR no call back. Then Icalled back and asked that someone call me at 4:29pm no one called back until 6:30pm or after and the CSR kept saying that blocks are off the card I can access my funds by noon on Feb. 14, 2015. I then asked for a supervisor and was on hold for more than 55 mins and finally the phone hung itself up. I called back and scheduled another call back this was finally around 8:50pm and spoke with  another CSR you told me that I was locked due to another person outstanding debt and they want me to pay it. So Iasked for a supervisor again and spoke with Merrill-1324696 and she stated there were no locks or blocks from her side but the risk dept. had the card locked to call bacl=k at 10:00am on Feb. 14,2015. Merrill answered the phone at 9:57pm this company advertise they close at 10:00 so I am assuming all phone lines must be cleared. I called back to the company on Feb 14, 2015 spoke with CSR Brendan-7261410 and he stated that the risk department was closed today to try to call back on Monday I asked again to speak witha supervisor because that is not was told to me on Friday Feb. 13, 2015 at 9:57pm. I sat on hold for 2hrs and 57 mins noone ever came to the phone I just hung up I did anothe rscheduled call back and they were suppose to call me back at 2:34pm  here I am typing this report and no phone call. I am looking for an atty to represent me against this company. I am very angry and disappointed in this company I have emailed Chuch Harris the president and no response. This company is a fraud do not use them they will take your money and will not answer the phone majority of their CSR are foreigners american can barely understand them. English is not clearly spoken from the employees of this company.
